Network Operations Center is responsible for
monitoring fiber optic network for alarms or
certain conditions which may require special
attention to avoid networks performance to be
affected.
The staff works to ensure reliable network
service using network monitoring stations, LAN
analysis software, and hardware diagnostic tools
to continuously monitor GCN’s network.
